Mission Viejo, CA Christiansen Consultants, an Internet Development firm based in Mission Viejo, California, received top honors recently for “Best Website” at the International Association for the Leisure and Entertainment Industry (IALEI) annual convention held at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Courtney Bourdas-Henn, Vice President of Marketing for Fleming Entertainment Centers Inc., accepted IALEI’s Golden Token Award on behalf of her company and Christiansen Consultants for their design and development of the website for the Mountasia Family Fun Center located in Santa Clarita, California. According to Carole Sjolander, IALEI’s Executive Director, the website competition this year was very tight. “ There were several good entries which shows our industry’s attempt to continually improve it’s marketing through the use of the Internet,” said Sjolander. Bourdas-Henn, who does the marketing for Mountasia and Skateland.in Northridge, California, was excited to win the award. “I decided that we needed a major overhaul on our website so after several interviews I selected Christensen Consultants to rebuild the website,” said Bourdas-Henn. “I’m glad all those hours of content and design meetings paid off,” she added. Glen Christiansen, President of Christiansen Consultants, said he was also pleased to win such a prestigious award. “We recently won some other awards for our website developments, but to win an award from an international trade association is very special,” said Christiansen. “We spend a lot of time to insure that our work is the best it can be, so this makes all those late hours worthwhile,” he added. Christiansen Consultants is an Internet web development firm which provides dynamic database driven ecommerce web sites, their support and maintenance. Christiansen Consultants is focused on trimming costs from in house personnel for large and medium sized, as well as emerging businesses and organizations.  |
